Making A Online Purchase
We have made purchasing from ecogo a simple as possible. Just browse our go shop section in the main menu which is coloured orange, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection your goods, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments including Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro and Mastercard. We can accept credit/debit card information over the phone, or over the Internet.
When we email out a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice which goes out with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Our delivery and costs are free for UK customers when purchasing orders over £100. We can also deliver to Republic Of Ireland and European Union customers and have a high priority service if you need your goods extra fast.

Usual delivery time is 3 - 5 working days. Please note that these delivery times are dependent on your item or items being in stock at that time.
Priority delivery
This is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent first class or by courier, and should arrive the next working day after we send it.
Its our policy and will endeavour to have your purchase sent from our depot within 1 to 2 days. Please note that these delivery times are dependent on your item or items being in stock at that time.
Overseas orders
Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. Delivery time also varies but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it.

For all items, postage costs vary depending on what you order, how much it weighs, and the service chosen (ie standard or priority etc.), subject to a maximum of £8.95 in the United Kingdom, or more for overseas deliveries.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If it's going to be longer than a few days you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction and that you receive your purchase in the time stated and in perfect condition. If however any items received are damaged or faulty. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO ECOGO HQ / OFFICE as this may incur further postage costs and delay the returns process.
INSTEAD please contact ecogo within 24 hours on (01723 370069) and we will advise you on the appropriate returns address.
If your purchase was damaged in transit you must contact ecogo within 24 hours and sign for as damaged.
